2.0The location to other family was good.
− The hot water didn’t work. Had to go to family’s Airbnb to shower. The ceiling tiles in the hall were wet and falling. The room door had to be taped to close.
Will not be staying here again. The price was great but you get what you pay for.
4.0The price was great. We have stayed before and liked it. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well.
− We checked in an hour early but could not get keys till 3 pm. When we came back to get the keys we were told there was no hot water but was assured by morning it would be fixed. It was not. The breakfast area was missing ceiling tiles; the elevator walls were dirty and gross. The walls in our room had makeup on the walls and what looked like bloody boogers beside the bed. We were supposed to stay two night but with no hot water we checked out a day early. Staff was not helpful in refunding our second night.
