America's Best value inn hotel in Stearns Kentucky
4.0the FairBridge inn Express is closed down it is now a rehab so anyone wanting to go to that hotel cannot go to that hotel the staff got throughout and now it's a rehab or people on drugs so there is no hotel in Whitley but the America's Best value inn hotel it is the old parkland hotel on highway 27 before you get to Whitley City it has been newly remodeled and the owners are very nice and they are updating everything in the room very very nice I'd advise you to go to that hotel when you visit Whitley City
Disgusting
2.0Found the security guard nodding out with a needle in his arm in the back. Older looking guy. Rooms smell like smoke, roaches, remote of sticky and yellow stains on the sheets…and this is suppose to be the better hotel in Whitley City. Go to the next town. This place is dangerous. Especially when security has a needle in their arm.
Wow I wish I had seen this review before I booked my room.
2.0Dirty / Nasty . Wow I wish I had seen this review before I booked my room. I just want to start by saying I travel 6 to 7 months out of the year. I look for inexpensive rooms because we are staying for work. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL EVER! I have never complained before so Im dead serious on this hotel. I had the same experiance as some of the other guest I just read about. 1. Blood on the sheets 2. No wash clothes, 1 towel. 3. No remotes 4. Smelly rooms 5. Kids hanging out side our room drinking beer asking us to buy them more ( we didnt) 6. No micro wave or fridge in rooms, when brought to the attention of the front desk we had to look in 5 rooms, non had both so they told me to go ahead AND CARRY them from the rooms into ours. Once I did this I looked in the microwave and it was so filthy I wouldnt use it. 7. Broken Floor tiles in room 8. Vinly in bathroom all cracked and broken holding Im sure a ton of bacteria. 9. No soap, shampoo, tissues 10, Walls were completely filthy . We had originaly checked in for 2 rooms 2 nights. After seeing the rooms I asked for a refund and wanted to leave. They would only let me out of the second night.

8.0It was a nice stay. The decor is stuck in 1995 with the wallpaper, and room amenities, but it was clean. Maybe in 2040 they will add some EV charging stations.

10.0We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful as well.
Not your typical hotel
6.0Like many small towns in rural Kentucky, affordable housing options are few and far between. This hotel also rents rooms by the week and I was told that several of their employees live at the hotel. That said, on a Saturday night there were few "customers" and I saw mostly "live-ins" -- many of whom looked like they had fallen, or came, from hard times. The hotel is older, but my room was clean and the poeple were friendly. I don't want to leave a bad review -- the hotel is meeting a need that exists. (On another note, the pool was not operational and looked like it had not been for quite some time.) Best wishes to all.
