Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check in war reibungslos auch mit dem spät Check out war kein Problem. Die Keller waren sehr freundlich und auf Zack, so das alle Wünsche erfüllt wurden. Das personal am Pool ist sehr kinderlieb und sehr freundlich.

Das beste an dem ganzen Urlaub war das Spa. Sehr zuvorkommende und nette Mitarbeiter. Vor allem herausheben möchte ich Frau Nermin ( oder Normin) Wir waren fast täglich dort( da das Wetter auch nicht so ganz mitspielen wollte) und wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben, auch die Kinder wurden sehr herzlich empfangen

− Das restliche Personal! Sehr unfreundlich, beim Essen mussten wir ewig suchen um einen Tisch für 4 Personen zu finden. Besteck war so gut wie nie da, das mussten wir uns dann auch selbst organisieren. Es waren sehr viele Franzosen, Belgier usw da.. Denen wurde regelmäßig ein Tisch reserviert in dem Getränke von den Kellnerin auf den Tisch gestellt wurde. Wir mussten dadurch oft getrennt essen da nur 2er Tische frei waren. Wir hatten all inclusive.. Wobei da so gut wie nichts dabei war. Nicht mal ein Eis für die Kinder! Wir haben beim einchecken ein Upgrade bekommen für ein größeres Zimmer da wir auf booking gebucht haben und sie auf eine super Bewertung gehofft haben, das haben sie uns genau so gesagt. In dem großen Zimmer war dann ein zusätzliches Bett, das wir ja gar nicht gebraucht haben. Zusätzlich gab es eine Baustelle. Der Boden wird gerade neu gemacht. Ist auch voll verständlich das da dringend renoviert gehört... Es ist alles in allem ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen... Aber das während der Saison?? Ich war schon oft in ägypten, aber das war mit Abstand das schlechteste hotel, wurde ich auch nie wieder buchen.
