− It was extremely busy becuase we were on a cruise and it offered an airport shuttle and a port shuttle.
Dirty, low safety, badly maintained rooms, receptionist do not care, not interested in their work
1.0Nothing. We booked two different stays, two weeks apart. We will never stay at this location or at any Comfort Suites hotel again. Huge disappointment.
− The shuttle runs once every hour, not every 20-30 minutes. The hotel rooms are very poorly maintained. The bed sheets are not cotton. The bathroom always leaks; the showerheads are defective. It is not clean. The receptionists are indifferent and do the absolute minimum. They put out a sign: "Back in 5 minutes," and are away for 15 minutes. The breakfast is below any standard. Safety is a big question mark - there was a band of "Houti" when we arrived, their black BMW blocking the entrance, the car doors open wide, black trash bags piled at the front door. The receptionist disappeared.

− We stayed a total of 2 nights: one in September, and the second in October on our way back home. It is a poorly maintained place with low safety standards, and the receptionists are NOT interested in their work. The hotel published a response to my review. But their response does not address our first stay. It addresses our second stay. This shows how "very concerned" they are about the reviews. Disgusting.

Please be advised that guests traveling for surgery will be required to pay a $300 security deposit.
Airport pickup is located on the Ground Level at Bus Zones 7 & 15 from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Please cross to the third lane and call the hotel at 305-888-8404 for shuttle pickup. Guests may also use the Courtesy Phones located in baggage claim.
Non-prepaid reservations require an authorization hold for the first night’s room rate plus tax 48 hours prior to arrival. Prepaid reservations require a $100 security deposit upon arrival. Guests traveling for surgery must pay a $300 deposit before arrival if the reservation is not prepaid.
