8.0A nice welcome,plenty of tea & coffees & water bottles but no biscuits, room was small but comfortable,situated in a quiet back yard where bins are & an old van are though.Parking a little tight but ok.Food was good,drinks were expensive.Breakfast was good with anything you want.Room not serviced if longer than one night.Comfortable bed nice clean sheets & duvet.No Netflix connection.

Good friendly place to stay
9.0The location was easily found and just off the main road. There was plenty of car park space when we arrived, but it was a bit busier when we returned later, due to other residents and the evening restaurant and bar business. No real problem with that and we were helped to find a suitable position to park. The welcome was very good and efficient. The room was very clean and tidy and the shower room was modern and just right. Altogether a very pleasant stay with exceptionally friendly staff and customers.
