Beautiful little gem!!!
10.0Wow wow wow!! What a beautiful little gem this is. From the time we arrived and greeted with cake and tea on the terrace, to the time we left, was an absolute pleasure. To be able to park our car on the drive and leave it while we walked everywhere was a bonus. We stayed in the small double room which was exceptional. It had everything from a fridge with milk and bottled water to a lovely big ensuite with lots of little extras. The whole house was decorated to a very high standard. We stayed 2 nights and booked in for breakfast on our last day. Well, what can I say... It was the best ever and we didn't eat for the rest of the day! And to top this we had a table in the most beautiful room overlooking the terrace with that amazing view of Dartmouth. Rose and Shaun are such lovely hosts and we thank them so much for making our stay truly memorable.

Outstanding Views.
10.0The owners, Sean and Rose, are very friendly without being 'in your face'. The property is in a good location, only a ten minute walk from the town centre. We had breathtaking views from the bedroom window (the Castle View room). Breakfast was well cooked, including some homegrown fruit and vegetables, and the breakfast tables were well spaced. The bedroom had generous storage. Note that rooms are only serviced on request, but Rose and Sean are happy to service as required.
− We personally had no complaints whatsoever, but the hilly location of the guest house would be unsuitable for those with mobility problems.
