8.0My stay at East Mount House was most enjoyable. Very comfortable and clean rooms, a good breakfast and excellent location. The landlady was very helpful and provided excellent service. I will definitely stay again when I visit Barrow.

− Holiday was just too short could have stayed much longer.

5.0Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.
− Did not get the room I booked. I booked a room with one double and one single bed and got a room with only one double. We were given a camp bed to put up in the room which was not suitable for an adult. Not sure who was at fault, the hotel or booking.com as my dispute has failed to give a satisfactory explanation. We had little option but to stay as arrived on the Dave Day ride and knew little would be available in the area. On payment we were knocked £5 off and have since been credited a further £14 from booking.com.

− On main road, but with the good double glazing it was very quiet.
