9.0we love the view of Mekong River and Laos. Is very convenient to visit the Golden Triangle a s got boat trip to Laos. The hotel is very comfortable. good parking. Staff is very polite and helpful.

7.0Nice pool and location was good
− The fridge in the room needed to be replaced as previous guests had durian and it was very smelly. The staff were very prompt dealing with this. No hot water at all in the shower was disappointing.
