10.0A wonderful villa. If you want to experience the unique charm of Italy, we recommend visiting this villa. The spacious grounds feature beautiful flowerbeds and fountains. There's a large outdoor pool. The restaurant is excellent, with delicious food and excellent location and service. Even though the hotel was fully occupied, the grounds allow for privacy and complete relaxation. We highly recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday, as it's a convenient location for visiting many attractions and the coastline. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Stefania Ricci Luppis for her hospitality and attentive service.

8.0Villa has a great big pool, breakfast was very nice, on site restaurant does not have a huge menu, but what they have is really good and tasty, great value too
− The room had a bit of a old furniture smell when we arrived. It was nicely decorated with many antique furniture so the faint smell kind of comes with that.

10.0Everything. Great hostesses, staff. Spotlessly clean, amazing garden and beautiful pool. Rich breakfast, good restaurant on site for dinner. I wish to come back next year. Thank you Federica and rest of the staff for making our stay comfortable.
