4.0Marriott Courtyard -- 2/5 Stars The rooms are clean and updated. That's where the good news ends. Four nights. Leaky toilet on arrival. We got moved, which solved the problem, but that's not how a stay should start. Next room, the AC stopped didn't work. They fixed it the next day, to their credit, but again -- a problem that shouldn't exist. We asked for housekeeping and it simply didn't show up one of the four days. No explanation, no follow-up. Three separate service failures in four nights. Each one, taken alone, might be forgivable. Together, they tell you something about how this property is being run. Clean, function8ng rooms and a functioning AC shouldn't require effort on the guest's part. Marriott carries an expectation. This stay didn't meet it.

− Our Bonvoy points were not applied to the stay. Not sure if we're getting credit for this stay to earn more points as well? Since booked with Booking.com, we were not able to change 2 queen beds to 1 king, which was available. The refrigerator was not secure and we were unable to close all of the way, until we realized that it was sliding all over The little ledge seprator between the microwave and the bedroom was pretty dirty Thow shower was so difficult to turn on, we almost thought it was broken and we would have to call for repair
