9.0El trato del personal, en particular las indicaciones del dueño para conocer la ciudad. La preocupación por ayudarte en todo: buscar taxi, cambiar dinero... El desayuno es muy bueno.
− La puerta estaba cerrada cuando llegamos, y no había timbre, nos creo dudas de como poder entrar y si estaría en funcionamiento el hotel.

10.0L'accueil privé, la gentillesse et les conseils de notre hôte et du personnel aux petits soins. Le riad est très beau, la chambre très grande, bien équipée, avec un double grand lit. Tout était parfait !
My stay was too short unfortunately due to extenuating circumstances.Would go back in a heartbeat!

10.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Andalib. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Un immense merci à Reibal Idrissi, qui a été un hôte exceptionnel. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer l’histoire de la magnifique ville de Fès, de nous orienter dans la médina et de nous donner de précieux conseils pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Sa passion pour sa ville et sa générosité ont fait toute la différence. Tout le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse : souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Leur hospitalité a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable. Nous souhaitons également souligner la qualité de la cuisine traditionnelle marocaine, qui était tout simplement excellente. Chaque repas était délicieux, préparé avec soin et permettait de découvrir les saveurs authentiques du Maroc. Ce fut un véritable plaisir gastronomique. Nous recommandons sans hésitation le Riad Andalib à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la splendide ville de Fès dans un cadre authentique, confortable et accueillant.
