Wouldn’t spend $240 to stay for a night again. Quite disappointed

− There were live baby cockroaches in clean dishes, guard rail to stairs was not sturdy, quite unsafe. Lights in lounge area didn’t work meaning we couldn’t see anything come 5pm

Disappointing.
6.0Affordable for families. The pool is so lovely and warm, definitely one of the better pools in accommodation we have stayed in.
− There is quite a bit of improvements that need to be made in the accomadation for it to be great value for money even with it being one of the cheaper options. The rooms just aren't up to scratch. We stayed in one of the three bedroom rooms and it needs some work. From door not closing properly without being slammed to lights not working in rooms. Carpets in rooms have some interesting stains i was not impressed with which could be fixed with a clean. Walls dirty and chipped. Definitely disappointing. With just a little work it would be a lovely place. We have stayed many times before and it just keeps deteriorating. I am not sure we will return, unfortunately. The only thing that makes it worth booking is the pool and the location being in the city.
