10.0Greeted by the owner's and very polite and friendly.Explained that I had a long Wheel base van and would struggle to park but the owner moved his car so that I could park on his drive way

9.0− There was a issue with the shower in the room which didn't work. This was quickly rectified and we were able to use a shower in a room next door. A little inconvenient but these things happen and the hosts were very accomidating.
