La ubicación del hotel es bonita, en un entorno rural, con vistas al pueblo de Saint Cirq. L'hôtel est situé dans un cadre charmant, en pleine campagne, avec vue sur le village de Saint-Cirq.

− ES El trato del gerente de la recepción. Tras consultarle por la habitación, que no se correspondía con la fotografía que apareció en la reserva (error de Booking), nos respondió en dos ocasiones (pese a mostrarle pruebas) con prepotencia y una risita francamente desagradable. Un comportamiento fuera de lugar, ya que nuestra pregunta era totalmente lícita y la formulamos con total educación y respeto. // FR L'attitude du responsable de la réception. Après lui avoir fait part de notre problème concernant la chambre, qui ne correspondait pas à la photo figurant sur la réservation (erreur de Booking), il nous a répondu à deux reprises (malgré les preuves que nous lui avons présentées) avec arrogance et un petit rire franchement désagréable. Un comportement déplacé, car notre question était tout à fait légitime et nous l'avons formulée avec la plus grande politesse et le plus grand respect.
