8.0Malheureusement, un groupe de touristes québécois a vraiment été bruyant dans le spa! La direction a tenté de les joindre, mais ce fut sans succès. Sinon, l'environnement est très paisible.

4.0Room looked very old and cheap. No phone, no instructions in the room. Outside very run down. Holes in the bed linen. Not expected from a fairly expensive night accommodation. Kitchen was missing essential equipment. Light bulbs in kitchen not working. No shampoo and conditioner in bathtub. Cleaner left dirty cleaning towel. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. Way too expensive I mentioned to the receptionist, and she was very understanding and responsive. I suggested that seriously discussion with cleaning staff and owner was required. Unless improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel.
