We loved our stay, room was cute and tidy. All about the location!
8.0Fab location easy access to the tram. Loved Ned's coffee shop up the street, great for Coffee and Breakfast. Middle Park Hotel lovely old pub atmosphere with an open fire in the main bar area, good food options.

10.0My room was clean, comfortable and the decor beautiful. The room and bathroom was really well appointed. Plenty of space to hang clothes and the provision of tea and coffee and fridge in my room. Plenty of sitting space, instead of sitting on the bed.
− The only thing I would absolutley love - wld be an option for the window to be opened - but such a minor detail and a personal trait.
Really enjoyed my stay, felt so relaxed the whole time.

10.0We stay here quite regularly. Location great, very quiet even though on a busy road. Easy transport to city and easy parking too. We like the vibe in Middle park.
