Localização um pouco confusa, excelente espaço e conforto, próximo de tudo e com uma vista incrível. Muita organização e limpeza impecável.

− Tive um incidente na entrada para o apartamento, uma estrutura de trava do portão rasgou o pneu do meu veículo e com isso tive que acionar o reboque e pagar por 2 pneus novos.

Gostei do apartamento, é espaçoso e tem o que é necessário. A piscina também é um espetáculo. O local è bastante calmo e silencioso

− O local è enorme, parece um labirinto, as indicações são poucas, não sabia que a recepção fechava às 18h, sendo que o segurança não se encontrava á entrada, demorei bastante tempo a encontrar alguém que me pudesse informar como tinha de fazer check in. Sendo o local para o check in, bastante longe do local de entrada , perdi imenso tempo à procura porque as indicações são quase nenhumas. Depois de fazer check in, para chegar ao alojamento, foi novamente uma aventura. Para uma noção mais real, cheguei eram 18h40, só entrei no quarto eram 19h50. Perdi imenso tempo às voltas à procura. Acho que é algo muito importante a terem em conta, porque mesmo com o mapa que me deram na altura do check in, foi horrível, estava cansada da viagem, e ainda andar perdida, não foi nada agradável

− Exmos. Senhores, Venho por este meio apresentar uma reclamação relativamente à minha estadia no alojamento Pestana Carvoeiro, reservada através da Booking.com. A reserva foi efetuada para 3 adultos e 1 bebé, pelo que esperava que o alojamento estivesse preparado para receber uma criança desta idade. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito aquém do esperado, pelos seguintes motivos: * À chegada, não existia berço disponível, apesar de a reserva incluir um bebé. Na primeira noite fui obrigada a dormir com o bebé numa cama de apenas 90 cm, o que considero uma situação insegura. * Também não foi disponibilizada uma cadeira de refeição para o bebé, o que dificultou significativamente a estadia. * O frigorífico e as facas apresentavam ferrugem, o que considero um risco para a saúde e totalmente incompatível com os padrões de higiene que se esperam de um alojamento desta categoria. * Existiam insetos vivos a sair dos rodapés da habitação, situação particularmente preocupante tendo em conta que o meu bebé gatinha pelo chão. * A limpeza geral do alojamento era manifestamente insuficiente. * Foi-nos atribuído um apartamento num andar superior, acessível apenas por escadas, o que dificultou bastante a deslocação com um bebé. Além disso, as varandas não possuíam proteção adequada, representando um risco de segurança para uma criança pequena. * Face às condições encontradas, senti-me obrigada a manter as janelas fechadas durante praticamente toda a estadia. Esta situação causou-nos grande desconforto, preocupação e frustração, prejudicando significativamente as férias da minha família. Solicito que esta reclamação seja analisada com a maior brevidade e que me seja apresentada uma resposta, bem como uma compensação adequada pelos transtornos causados e pelo incumprimento das condições que eram expectáveis para uma reserva efetuada para uma família com um bebé. Aguardo a vossa resposta dentro de um prazo razoável.
