No invoice can be given. Be careful!
1.0− I booked this hotel and paid. But booking and the hotel refused to provide the invoice. Hotel said booking should do that, and booking said that the hotel should provide it. I am trapped here several weeks. Many calls, messages with booking and the hotel, still no solution. They are playing the football with the guest. It is really bad experience.

− Le personnel de la réception, surtout le soir, ne parle pas anglais et doit donc utiliser Google translate. Les tables et chaises du restaurant du petit déjeuner bougent. Le choix est médiocre, raisins vieux. Le personnel pas très sympa. La télé a des chaines sauf françaises. Le nettoyage est partiellement fait, café et thé non réapprovisionné. Oreillers très gros et dur
