6.0The maintenance was no good. The room was not clean even after hanging the “clean my room” note. The hot water was not available on during day 1 pf my stay. This caused a delay my plan for that day. The food was good.

2.0THE POOL WAS SO DIRTY. WE ASKED THEM TO CLEAN. WITH NAP THEY CLEANED IT BUT IT WAS PATHATIC. FUNGUS WAS ALL AROUND THE POOL INSIDE. IN BUFFET BREAKFAST ONLY PURI ALOO & POHA WAS SERVED. WE DEMANDED OMLETTE, BUT RESTAURANT MANAGER REFUSED TO PROVIDE. TOASTER WAS NOT WORKING. COLD TEA WAS SERVED. IN ROOMS, ONLY 2 PACKETS OF TEA BAGS, MILK & SUGAR WERE PROVIDED. OVERALL THE TREATMENT WAS LIKE PROVIDING TO BEGGARS. WE BOOKED 3 ROOMS BUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS WORST.
