10.0Bellissima struttura, pulita, arredamento e letto comodissimo. Prima colazione eccezionale, con cibo di qualità e personale sorridente e super efficace.
− La procedura del check-in troppo lunga e complessa.

9.0Lovely hotel with really nice pool area and bar, comfortable bed and spacious room (inc spa bath). Staff incredibly helpful - especially the two chaps that generally ran the bar.
− Santillana lovely - but a little lost to tourism and sanitised - guess our fault!

10.0Das Bett war sehr bequem. Nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und reichhaltig und wurde fortlaufend aufgefüllt. Jeder Zusatzwunsch wurde vom sehr freundlichen und umsichtigen Personal umgehend erfüllt. Toll auch die Vorabinformationen die uns von der sehr aufmerksammen Rezeptionistin vorab übersand wurden.
