Worst checkin experience ever!

− My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I ultimately had to cancel my stay because the check-in process was completely chaotic. I arrived expecting a normal check-in, but ended up waiting in the lobby for nearly five hours. When I finally asked for an update, I was told it would take another two hours, meaning I wouldn’t have been able to access my room until around 8:00 PM after spending the entire day waiting. The reason for the delay was that the hotel’s self-check-in machines were unable to read my passport. Instead of providing a manual check-in or an alternative solution, I was simply told that because I was not a hotel member, they could not assist me. This is unacceptable customer service. A hotel’s responsibility is to accommodate all paying guests, not just members. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and complete absence of customer support turned what should have been a straightforward check-in into a frustrating ordeal. After wasting almost an entire day, I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel significantly improves its check-in process and trains its staff to properly assist guests when technology fails. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

− الخدمة من الاستقبال سئيه جدا جدا وانتظرت ساعتين الي ان وصل الدور عندي ولم يخدموني بالشكل المطلوب والغرف اسوء من السيئة وصغيره جدا فعلا كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية انصح الجميع بعدم الحجز في هذا الفندق

− Great location, but that's about it. The overall experience was disappointing, and I expected much better in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and service.
Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.
Rooms are assigned by an automated system based on room category. For special requests please note that a surcharge is applicable for each request at the express self-service kiosk at the property.
WiFi vouchers can be purchased from the information counter at the lobby.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
