WORST STAFF EVER
1.0nothing, it is a terrible place. the front desk staff are way beyond rude, and the side entrance by the parking did not work. Out of the blue someone started pounding on the door and screaming at me that they wanted to know what is going on, flipping out because the room beneath me had a leak and this was somehow my fault. I said i did not fo anything call a plumber and the beastly creature said 'I am calling the police'. She never sid but she charged me a 400 dollar smoking fee when nobody smoked. so in sum I paid 700 for a 7 hours stay in the worst hotel ever... with staff that literally threatened and robbed me. Pictures of the totally dry bathroom when i got accosted by the insane woman in my room.
− The broken locks the faulty plumbing being threatened by the staff because I don't know why they're plumbing is leaking in the room beneath mine, the broken door locks the nonworking vending machines the incredibly stale breakfast food worst, the despiteful robbery of $400 for NOT smoking.
