COSTLY PARKING and BAD ENTRy
6.0The condo was nice, but the communication around check in and parking was not good at all. I was charged over $100 for parking despite choosing a Hotels.com Listing that offered FREE PARKING. And the person who checked me in gave me terrible directions about how to get to the parking area.

10.0This was a very nice property. Our room was spacious and clean. Easy walking distances to the downtown areas and a few nearby trailheads. The only problem we had was finding the correct building to check in. Google Maps was totally wrong as us and several other families learned the hard way. Quick tip…check in entrance is from Main Street. We’ll be back again!

8.0Room was not clean - bathroom lacked enough towels for a family of 4. No coffee, no water in fridge. For the price I paid I would expect something a bit more than Holiday Inn Express.

Summer in Breck
8.0The condo was very comfortable and clean. All of the furnishings were in good condition. If you are a light sleeper, there is a garage door to the parking garage beneath the master bedroom. It rattles the walls every time the door opens - which is frequently. The listing said parking was included; however, when we arrived the property manager said it was only included for one night. Overall, it was a very nice condo, conveniently located, and well appointed.
