Truly a grand hotel.
10.0One of the most satisfying hotel stays I have experienced. Quiet rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. Attentive concierge staff. Good location. Excellent air conditioning. No negatives to mention. 10/10 - would stay again.
Very comfortable hotel right downtown
10.0Had a very nice stay for 4 days. The Island View room was very spacious. The on-site restaurant was excellent with a nice bar as well. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were all very helpful and accommodating. For a $20 daily fee you can drop off your vehicle at the front door and it will be stored for you, as many times a day as you want. I think the front desk and main lobby was the calmest one I have ever been in.

Sky room view very beautiful
10.0We had a sky view room and it was absolutely beautiful at night and to wake up and eat our breakfast on the patio was mesmerizing. I love the wonderful food, we had at their restaurant and we enjoyed it so much. We had dined there 3 nights of our 5 night stay. Front desk staff were very kind to us. It was a pricey stay but the wonderful experience was worth every penny. We explored Charlottetown and got to love this charming place. This hotel is exceptionally clean and very spotless.
