− Στο πρωινό δεν υπάρχει μπουφές . Παραγγέλνεις απο εναν κατάλογο που αφορά το πληρωμένο πρωινό. Αυτό όμως δημιουργεί καθυστερήσεις και προβλήματα όταν υπάρχουν πολλοί πελάτες ταυτόχρονα.

6.0The location was fantastic and the building beautiful. The room was pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. The shared balcony was very large and had a beautiful view.
− When we arrived we were told there was no one to help with our bags. The only staff was the one person on the front desk (we didn’t come across any other staff our entire stay except at breakfast). No concierge. Luckily one of the guests helped us with our suitcases from the pavement up the stairs to the front door. From there my daughter had I can to carry our own cases which were heavy. The breakfast was disappointing compared to all the other hotels in Greece we have been to. The staff at the restaurant were rude. Unfriendly and unhelpful.

9.0The view from our balcony was honestly incredible. The sea stretched out as far as you could see, and it was so peaceful to sit there and take it all in. The hotel is in a beautiful, elegant part of Ermoupoli, surrounded by stunning neoclassical buildings. Everything was spotless, the interior of the hotel is full of character, and it's just a short walk to the centre. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We're looking forward to coming back again next year.
