6.0Power was lost frequently, including the elevator. Food was fun at the poolside, the overall hotel is old and aged, dark and unsustained. The rooms are old. The bed was new and very nice and firm. After taking a beer at the bar, I had to walk to receiption to pay. Quite a pain. The WiFi keeps resetting to different servers with all different passwords. Finally, checking in took a long time, and I wasn’t waiting for anyone in front of me.

2.0This hotel needs a complete make-over, it's in very poor condition by any standard, no where close to a 4 or 5 star hotel. I would never stay here again, unless it's completely updated and upgraded. I wish I had paid more attention and read reviews before booking, I would never have stayed here.
The staff made the difference!!!!
8.0The hotel staff was so friendly! They definitely made the stay for us! I do think that remodeling could be advantageous (Shower, bathroom are outdated.
