Buen Hotel. Pueden mejorar algunos aspectos...
9.0Muy buena atención en general, salvo el tema de estacionamiento. Muy buena atención en el desayuno, muy variado. Ubicación excelente. Han hecho un esfuerzo, porque la ultima vez que estuve habia mucho olor a humedad. Esta vez no habia ese olor. Me sentí seguro.
− Quizas si deberian aspirar el piso, porque el piso es como de una fibra marrón y retiene mucho sucio... las medias, al caminar en la habitacion, se me ensuciaron full y había pelos y mucha suciedad que se pegaron a mis medias y me los llevé a la cama... Pregunté a la chica de mantenimiento y me dijo que no tenian aspiradora. Adicionalmente, la piscina estaba algo sucia y los vidrios de la piscina super sucios y no permiten disfrutar la vista, no se aprecia la vista por el sucio que tienen. También estaba muy sucio el vidrio de la ventana de la habitación, no se puede ver a traves de él. Otro tema es el estacionamiento: al llegar no había nadie que abriera la barrera del estacionamiento. Tuve un malentendido con un vigilante del centro comercial al que pedí el favor de que subiera la barra y no quiso... Fue muy incomodo cada vez al salir o entrar, que ningun personal del hotel, no estuviera pendiente de subir o bajar la barra y que lo tuviera que hacer yo mismo. Al final decidí estacionar en el estacionamiento libre del centro comercial y no frente al hotel, cosa que me pareció absurda. Vuelvo a finales de diciembre, espero mejoren estos aspectos. Ahhh las plantas del área de la piscina se estan muriendo, les falta mantenimiento y las sombrillas ni sirven.
