Hotel si zaslouží pochvalu.
9.0Ochotná slečna recepční i příprava snídaňového balíčku. Ochota. Za to jsem spokojený a chválím.
− Ve všední den krátká doba psa. Ale chápu ekonomiku provozu.

Příjemné Beskydy, ale raději ne v létě
8.0Spa, bazén, skvělé snídaně a naprosto skvělý personál
− Pokoje nemají klimatizaci, v létě je v nich horko a nic s tím nemůžete udělat. Dost vysoké ceny v restauraci.
Pěkné ubytování v krásné lokalitě.
10.0Velmi pěkné ubytování v klidné lokalitě, dobré snídaně, chutné jídlo. Milý personál na recepci, vstřícnost při řešení komplikací při příjezdu.
− Drobnosti - v jídelně nemohou zůstat drobky na stole a na židlích po předchozích hostech. Pakliže si objednám určitou propečenost steaku, tak by měla odpovídat požadavku. Lepší koordinace personálu v restauraci, příliš dlouhé čekání na jídlo (plno rozhodně nebylo).
