5.0Die Lage mitten am Wald war großartig
− Ein Fenster im Bad an der Dusche ohne Vorhang oder Rollo. Die Abendverpflegung. Der Kellner erzählte uns er habe den letzten Salat auf drei Teller verteilt, da das restliche Geschirr dreckig wäre. Im Hotel zum Teil Baustelle
Ruhige Lage, aber zu teuer
3.0Interessante Bauweise, teilweise histiorisches Design aus den späten 70er Jahren, Restaurant im Hause, schöne Lage im Wald.
− Hotel war teilweise Baustelle. Unsere Zimmer waren unsauber renoviert, die Fenster waren sehr dreckig. Es gab keine Kühlschränke im Zimmer. Das Rezeptionsersonal war nicht hilfsbereit. Es gab verschiedene Stolperfallen und scharfe Kanten an Türen und Durchgängen. Die Heizungen wurden nicht richtig warm. Der Mietpreis war für die Zimmerqualität viel zu hoch.
Hotel war vom Grundkonzept in Ordnung aber chaotisch organisiert, Baustelle und kein Zimmerservice.
4.0Naturnahe ruhige Lage. Frühstück in Ordnung, Personal zumeist freundlich und bemüht, wechselte aber sehr oft, dadurch gab es oft Missverständnisse und Schwierigkeiten. Bedienung beim Abendessen um Freundlichkeit bemüht.
− Organisation der Buchung und Rezeption waren ein Chaos, Zimmer war nur durch eine Baustelle erreichbar, was uns als Vorteil verkauft wurde. Fahrstuhl zeitweise defekt und Baulärm, tw. ab früh um Sechs. Zimmerservice bei zwei Übernachtungen nicht vorhanden gewesen. Wartezeiten beim Abendessen oft sehr lange ( Bis zu Halber Stunde).
