10.0− Little expensive for no real milk and only 2 decaf coffees that I used to. Also expensive for no breakfast included. I also struggling 20 minutes before the gate to get out by 05:00 - security showed up after SEVERAL hooting. Makes me nearly late for my flight.

1.0Location was great, rooms are beautifull.
− Service was bad, manager was unfriendly and unwilling to help. No availability at the restaurant for dinner. Room was not serviced, coffee station was not refilled, no take away breakfast was provided but promised. Problem with geyser and AC, spa bath and gass heater did not work but was clearly visible on photos.
