The most relaxing top quality seafront hotel I have ever stayed in.

I do not have the words to describe this stunning seafront exquisite hotel. We have had the pleasure of spending 6 nights in a duplex grand pool villa. This includes mini bar (replenished each day), jacuzzi bath for 2, robes etc…etc…. Everything is catered for. Our bedroom looks out to sea. It is THE most spectacular view. The accommodation is split over 2 floors with so much space. Our private pool was perfect for cooling down and for total relaxation. The staff at this hotel really are all so very pleasant (understatement)….. although it is difficult to single anyone out, all staff who served us for breakfast (which is à la carte served between 6:30am-2pm inclusive of price) should be mentioned for their patience with my parter and I…. Aye, Naing, Aum, Carry, Ar, Ae, CJ, thank you… The reception team - you are all so good at taking care of your clients…. Each and every one of you. Special mention though to Fang…. Your attention to detail and understanding of guests needs and requirements is second to none. You have such a warm and pleasant manner and the fact that customer satisfaction is your number one priority is clearly obvious….. This is exactly why we have already booked an extended return stay for next year. My parter and I lead such busy lives at home but you have given us the perfect “reset” and for that and everything Casa de la flora has given us, we are eternally grateful. Already can’t wait for next year….

We stayed at Casa de la Flora for our honeymoon and we couldn't be more happy with our choice. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff couldn't be more accommodating. The hotel restaurant was by far the best in town, including the most amazing service and views. The hotel had this great app that made getting anything you need super easy. Location was perfect for everything we wanted, the night market, 7/11, phamacies all just up the road and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel is just on the water where we swam daily, but if you wanted a sandy beach they have 2 other hotels just up the road you can access. Our room was stunning and super clean. This was the tranquil oasis we were looking for and loved every second!

Great hotel, caring staff We stayed at Casa de la Flora for a lovely first week of our holiday The rooms are unusually on 3 levels , bedroom top, then bath and wardrobe, then living space, which gave us both together spaces and individual space Facilities were great-with a nice restaurant, happy hour and good sun beds The staff were excellent, a mixture of Thai and Filipino, with excellent English, responsive quickly to every need. Little touches like turn down, mini pastries in the room and free water with meals added to the pleasure of staying there Highly recommended

Amazing but dont eat in the restaurant

Amazing hotel, rooms beautiful and the grounds kept lovely Only thing is the restaurant, the staff have or seem to have very little training, both breakfasts and one dinner the order completely wrong, you wait ages for a drink If this is a 5 star hotel you need to offer 5 star service in the restaurant it really lets it down Hotel management needs to be sorted Spa treatments amazing thou
