10.0Excelente local, equipe atenciosa e profissional. Ótima limpeza e bons funcionários. Hotel lindo e bem cuidado. vegetação incrível com piscinas natarais deliciosas com bangalo para deitar. Adoramos todos os passeios! Meus filhos pequenos de 3 e 6 anos amaram. Foram momentos enesquecíveis.
− Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento, mas nada que incomode. Os horário do almoço e jantar poderiam ser mais cedo, pois para as crianças fica tarde demais.

A infraestrutura um pouco decadente. O lugar é lindo. Com alguns passeios na redondeza muito bonitos

− O banheiro era bem antigo, vazava por baixo do box- alagando todo o piso. A janela c um revestimento quebrado. Eu estava no melhor e mais caro quarto do hotel. Os quartos são distantes da recepção e do restaurante. Os caminhos já estão bem antigos- precisando de uma restauração. A comida não era sortida - poucas opções e servida menos do que tinha de hospedes, sempre acabava. Eu contratei as diárias pelo Booking com tudo incluído. Lá alegaram que eu não tinha preenchido o formulário específico deles e porisso me cobraram passeio como extra. O Booking precisa esclarecer que os hospedes não tiveram acesso ao tal formulário que eles criaram. Não me enviaram a NF.
