10.0I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite good, rating it 4 out of 5. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cleaning service was good. The quietness of the hotel contributed to a peaceful experience. While the amenities were okay, there is some room for improvement. Overall, the quality of customer service made my stay enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.

8.0it was an average stay, I mean what can you expect form a 3* in RO. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks. If you go to the reception to use the gel from there you will get some strange looks. the room itself was clean, except 2 forks and 2 knifes you don't get anything with the room. the fridge and the AC are unplugged from the socket, so you need to do it yourself.
