The hotel is clean, quiet, and great location for shopping and sight-seeing.
10.0The breakfast was a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Different kinds of cereal were offered, as well as croissants and different kinds of Danish and Japanese morning curry and rice. The staff, while not fluent in English, still managed to communicate. Check-in and check-out are done using a kiosk or the front desk. It was effortless. The location is excellent, a train entrance is a block away, and the main Ueno train station is a 6-minute walk away. There are many food places, both casual and sit-down, to choose from within a short distance.
− Nothing during my stay.
