− chaos organizacyjny podczas śniadań, monotonne śniadania, nieestetyczne plamy na wykładzinie w pokoju (nr 151), trudna komunikacja z personelem sprzątającym (pracownicy nie rozumieli podstawowych słów w języku angielskim), brak kanału telewizyjnego w języku polskim (choćby informacyjnego)

9.0Fantastische Lage, super nettes Personal und gutes Essen. Auch die Saunenvielfalt war toll.
− Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an einigen Stellen ein kleines Make over vertragen. Das hat dem Aufenthalt aber letztlich nicht negativ beeinflusst.

9.0Das Frühstück und das Abendbuffet waren großartig! Das Thermalbad sowie die Sauna waren genial. Perfekt, wenn mal das Wetter schiet ist. Kleine amenities wie Coffee to go vor oder nach dem Frühstück, leckere Cocktails in der Hotelbar oder Bademäntel/Latschen sowie einen Kinderspielraum sind der Grund, dieses Hotel nochmal zu buchen.
− Parkplatz war etwas weiter weg und 11€/Tag könnten günstiger sein.
