I travelled solo to Atacama in the second week of way. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. My room was the economy size or the smallest room, whatever it is called, and it is very small, barely enough for one person. Great for solo travellers though, although couples might be cramped. What I like about the hotels: The front desk folks, housekeeping staff, and just everyone in between are wonderful people. Had a little issue with my Immigration ticket but it was resolved by visiting a close by office. I also thought my room had no hot shower but Constanza (?) resolved it and it was an error on my part. Hot shower works great. The AC in the room is great and adequate. Never used the safe but it’s there. The complimentary meal at the restaurant was great. The breakfast is decent. Although the express breakfast is meh. What could be improved: There are no glasses or plates cutlery in the room- would be nice to have that for folks who want to eat in. My room was right next to the main square ( of the hotel not the town) and it can be a bit loud because everyone traverses through it. But not that big of an issue. Overall well worth the price especially if you are suing this as a base. Some things to note for Atacama: bring your own water, there is no room service but you can bring food but there is a restaurant joined to the hotel that can be great option. There was also some music and dance show on Saturday night.

We stayed here from 2026/4/27~4/30. The room is clean, warm and cool. The nearby of this hotel is convenient for eating, shopping, money exchange…. Also a very nice-looking church at the square. You also can plan and choose your local tours from one of the agencies nearby. The related restaurant of the hotel is good. You can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner here. It’s a good choice for staying.

This hotel is marvelous, beautiful and very relaxing. Very nice rooms, very nice staff. There are a lot of places to see near by. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The hotel had great customer service especially from Raul and Ignacio that were always very attentive to your every need

The location was great, the atmosphere was very traditional and the room was always clean and tidy.

Fue una experiencia increíble, tanto en el alojamiento como en el restaurante. Todo el equipo de atención fue de una amabilidad y cordialidad extraordinarias. Desde el principio fuimos atendidos por la querida Day. Ella fue impecable al recibirnos y cuidar de todo en todo momento. It was an amazing experience, both at the lodging and the restaurant. The entire service team was extraordinarily kind and courteous. Right away, we were welcomed by the lovely Day. She was impeccable in receiving us and taking care of everything all the time.

Great place to stay at San Pedro de Atacama. Located at the Main Street with friendly people, very helpful and always smiling. The facilities were great but most importantly the stuff was amazing! Definitely recommend!!
