3.0Mooie locatie in Almere
− Het was een warme dag en er staat duidelijk dat er airconditioning is. Maar tijdens onze verblijf was dat echt niet zo. Restaurant was een sauna, kamer was een sauna. Is niet wat we gewent zijn bij een van der Valk. Het viel ons echt tegen. Dan vroeg ik aan de receptie voor mijn geld terug als het niet te repareren is, en dan ga ik gewoon terug naar huis. Was het antwoord, nee dat kunnen we niet doen, het is niet ons schuld. Nou nou, dan ben ik benieuwd wie zn schuld het is als mijn kamer geen airco heeft die het doet. Uiteindelijk kregen we een andere kamer, de Airco die deet het een beetje, tenminste was het geen sauna maar de hele verblijf is hierdoor verpest omdat we precies de verkoeling zochten. Heeel erg jammer maar voorlopig van der Valk Almere ziet mij in iedergeval niet terug komen.
