Good choice but not Great
8.0Hotel staff was very nice. The property is very pretty and the rooms are nice. Beautiful view of the sea and Spinalonga. The position of our room and pool on the balcony only afforded us direct sun for a few hours a day. So if you'd like to spend time in the sun using your pool, I would communicate with the hotel to determine which rooms would afford you with that option. We had beautiful weather in the first week of October, however the water in the pool (both on our balcony and the community pool) was very cold and almost unusable. At this price the pools really should be heated to at least 27C. Regarding the restaurant: Breakfast was excellent! We decided to have dinner at the hotel our first night and it was a tremendous disappointment. It was the worst and only substandard meal we had during our 16 days in Greece..

2.0The worst place I have been in my life. The worst customer service The all inclusive policies is a complete fraud The rooms are destroyed without any maintenance The pillows were old and disgusting I have never been a place in a such terrible condition We had to leave the place in the day after and go to another resorts

10.0Our stay at Elounda Gulf Villas was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with warm, personalized service. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the sea — the private pool was a true highlight! Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, local options. The location is perfect: peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from the center of Elounda and nearby beaches. Everything was well-organized, from check-in to concierge support. We appreciated all the little details that made our stay so special. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely suggest this location and we will come back!

10.0Beautiful salt water infinity pool, the view was fabulous. A great deal, the room and grounds could use some care, peeling paint, weeds, etc. the staff did not know about local weavers on the island. I tried to find them while I was there, but later on the plane found an article!! I would suggest tours of the local area through the front desk.
