Camera fronte mare, ottimo terrazzino per rilassarsi e mangiare. Appartamento molto ampio con servizio di pulizia tutti i giorni.

− Mancanza del parcheggio. Trovare parcheggio sulla strada può risultare complicato. Bagno piccolo e senza finestra. Pochi punti per appendere asciugamani e l'occorrente. Cucina senza cappa. Avrei apprezzato qualche strumento in più come ad esempio una macchina del caffè. Anche se le pulizie avvenivano ogni giorno, essendo un appartamento, avrei apprezzato la presenza di una scopa o altro

Great host, really friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and had all facilities. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets - would definitely recommend.

The location is good,10-15 minutes walk from old town and it has a lot of supermarkets nearby. It has a beach 1-2 minutes walk but the beach is not good.

− Overall, I wouldn’t book an apartment on the ground floor again. It didn’t look like the photos and in the garden we had there were a lot of spiders. There was an odd smell in the room, and no light at all (only one small window). When we searched for a place to stay in Chania, we filtered to have a parking, this place appeared although it doesn’t have a parking place at all, you need search for a parking place on the streets where it is impossible to find one and it is risky to park there because there are a lot of fines, removal of plates and even taking your driver license if not parked correctly. The room was cleaned every day, however, for a 7 day stay they haven’t changed our bed sheets even once. I don’t think it was worth the money.

Bella la posizione di fronte al mare Per il andare in centro 15 minuti a piedi L’acqua del mare che c’è di fronte è leggermente torbida ma sempre percorrendo 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla fermata dei pullman che portano nelle spiagge più belle (le spiagge distano più o meno due ore emmezza)

− Il bagno della struttura sarebbe totalmente da rifare in quanto la doccia non è siliconata bene e camera e bagno si allagano

We arrived in the middle of the day, and Rania was there to welcome us. Communication before our arrival was excellent as well, and we knew exactly what to do in case we arrived later. We stayed on the ground floor and, in my opinion, it was the perfect choice. It had a lovely small private garden where we could enjoy peaceful morning coffee and breakfast, as well as relax in the shade during the midday heat. The beach was even closer than it appeared on the map, and the city centre was also within easy walking distance. Last but certainly not least, Rania was always available during the day and ready to help us with anything we needed. There were also some excellent seafood restaurants nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much for such a lovely stay! I would highly recommend this property.
