8.0Check in wasn't until 4 and we still had to wait for our room to be ready before we could officially check in. It wasn't a long wait but i feel like it shouldn't have happened. We arrived after 4 by the way.

8.0We arrived at approximately 4:15 PM. We were told our room was not ready yet and we would have to wait. We were told that we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After waiting for an hour and a half, at 5:45 PM I finally approached the front desk and asked if our room was still not ready. I was told that our room had been ready and that the system just did not text us. We were not offered any compensation for this nonsense. Ridiculous.
