Racist establishment
5.0− When we arrived, the encountered a racist and profiling situation with one of your valet people. He would not let me enter the establishment and assumed I was in the wrong place. Saying “ Do you know the hotel you’re at? Are you sure this is it?” It was discrimination and embarrassing. He judged me without even introducing himself or asking me the right questions. I let staff know and although they spoke to him, I personally feel the situation was not handled or addressed properly. The guy continued to laugh about it. I kept asking for the manager and she was never available conveniently enough for my three day stay. They said the valet don’t work for them but they wear their same uniforms and obviously represent this company. Nothing was offered to compensate my family or I and I felt disappointed with my stay. We’ve stayed at this hotel over 10 times and never had this issue. I hope they reach out and try their best to fix the problem.
