10.0Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Beijing was absolutely fantastic. From check-in to check-out, the entire team was exceptionally professional and accommodating. As non-Chinese speakers, we truly appreciated the AI translator tool they used—it made communication seamless and stress-free. A special shout-out to Eloise and Demi at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate our room change request with ease. The executive lounge team Emma, Coco, Betty and Macle also made my family and me feel warmly welcomed every time we visited. The food quality—whether breakfast or the evening snacks at the executive level—was impressive, both in presentation and taste. Thank you to Marriott Bonvoy for yet another wonderful experience. Your loyalty programme never disappoints!
Solid 5 star hotel quality with improvement potential
8.0Highlights - excellent food and service in the club lounge with delicious local cuisine and wonderful views of the neighbourhood - the executive twin bed room was amazing with sufficient space and clean modern furniture. The bathroom was amazing with separated areas and round bath tub. Absolutely quiet during the night - nest connection with subway, the entrance can be reached from lobby elevator directly - great concierge service for online shopping delivery services prior to check in Improvement potential - the breakfast service was a bit messy, the replenishment is slow and several service members were looking at the mobile phones all the time - front desk was not that passionate and hospitable to the guests
