Went Wrong
6.0Well I didn’t get my comped spa treatment. Someone changed my time for it , and Did Not inform me , The girl that does the massage was at the desk and more or less said we r booked so there, They moved my time but I could not make that, I felt awful but my host was perfect in listening to what occurred and cared!

4.0We wouldn’t choose to return. The room was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival, hair in the shower, mirror fithy, splatter staining on the bathroom ceiling, carpet not sufficiently vacuumed. Service at any of the restaurants took an incredibly long time. Poolside service was the worse. We were never once approached by a server, even after ordering we had to walk to approach the servers standing by the bar and then our order was delivered inaccurately. Food is overpriced for the quality you receive.

6.0The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were long black hairs all in the bathroom sink and absolutely no soap at all in the bathroom. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and floor. The drinks at the bars are very inconsistent in quality, taste and pricing. Service is pretty slow at the restaurants and pool bar. The pool bar closes very early as well

10.0I must say that the casino and resort made us feel like we were a million miles away from Tucson, on an island, somewhere in the Caribbean Ocean, without a care in the world. Everything was just about perfect...I have no complaints, and I have never been shy about telling anyone how I feel about anything, at any time... Thank you for a wonderful stay.. I shall return ... 10.0We always enjoy our stay here. Staff is friendly and rooms are nice. Now if you would do something about my losing in the casino!
