Horrible experience - 2nd & final time!
2.0No baggage transportation to hotel as advertised. Discretionary check-ins before 4:00pm, but don’t count on a minute sooner. Keys given to a room that was still occupied. Filthy carpet in public areas. No coffee maker in room. No views. Front desk inept. $950 for (2) nights. Overpriced & overrated.
Good location!
10.0Although the room was quite small, it was highly efficient and offered ample storage. The air conditioning worked great, the environment was quiet, and the beach towel rental service was a wonderful convenience. It's also located right by the elevator.

10.0Beautiful Hotel! Comfortable, well appointed hotel steps from the mail street in Avalon. The employees were friendly and helpful, from the moment you enter!
Would stay here again! Staff were friendly and I was even able to get checked in 5 hours early

− Room was extremely small
The room felt luxurious and comfortable with convenient access to the surrounding amenities.
9.0The property was beautiful and well appointed. They kept the ambiance of the building without too much modernization.
− We were surprised and disappointed that we had to pay for coffee at the Atwater Bistro. A hotel at this price point either offers complimentary self service coffee in the lobby or a pod coffee maker in the room.
