Стойка регистрации - быстрая работа, максимальная информация и помощь! Подарили карту Макао, все объяснили и показали - как добраться до достопримечательностей которые нас интересовали. Вызов такси - молниеносно! Сопровождение и консьерж-служба 24/7! ЛУЧШИЕ!

10.0Very nice hotel and our hotel room had a wonderful view of the strip. The room was large and comfortable. We were given lots of goodies to eat and take away. The check-in and concierge staff were very good but the man outside directing traffic not so much.
− Accessing the hotel was a pain both in and out. We took the shuttle from the ferry but had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and then had to walk a mile through the shopping centre to reach the hotel. I would just take a bus or taxi in future. Also walking to the hotel from the strip was not that easy as the entrance was away from the road. We wanted to get a taxi when we left the hotel but the man outside directed us down to another rank where there was a queue and in the end a man from the neighbouring hotel took pity and called us down to his taxi rank where he got us a cab straight away.
