− La habitación no estaba muy limpia, tenía polvo en ciertas áreas.
Excelente hotel, moderno, con servicio cordial y trilingue y con una excelente ubicación

9.0Good option if you re spending a few days downtown Rome and in particular around the Vatican. We had a good (albeit short) stay. The place is calm and very clean, breakfast is pretty decent and the coffee excellent, we would stay here again.
− Lots of ppl in Rome and at the hotel, time your visit.
This is the second time we stayed there and would definitely stay again if we go back to Rome!
9.0Room and view were great! Front desk staff was outstanding - were extremely helpful with directions, suggestions and taxi's. Less than a half mile walk away from the Vatican and there are many great restaurants and an Irish Pub within walking distance. Even has a grocery store across the street.
− Roof top bar was closed for renovations and, as in most of Rome - no ice machines (crazy American's are spoiled with our ice). However (back to outstanding front desk staff) - they allowed be store a bag I bought at the grocery store in their freezer since the bar was closed.
