10.0Ładnie urządzone, czyste pokoje, codziennie sprzątane. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i pościel. Bardzo fajne śniadania dostarczane pod drzwi ze świetnym espresso (kapsulkowy ekspres w pokoju) i przemiły właściciel!

9.0Posizione conveniente per noi che avevamo un evento nelle vicinanze. La struttura è ben divisa e le stanze sono davvero grandi. Belli i bagni e i terrazzi in due delle stanze che abbiamo preso. La colazione e l'attenzione di Francesco sono state un grande plus, così come la disponibilità a cambiare/aggiungere un tramezzino quando gli ho detto che tra noi c'era una persona vegetariana.
− La distanza dalla metro e la stradina in collina rendono il passaggio un po' complesso se si arriva da Baldo degli Ubaldi. Suggerisco un taxi o un bus da Cipro - Metro A (ce ne sono ben 3), che arrivano facilmente sotto all'ingresso dell'edificio.

10.0Pokój czysty, z klimatyzacją. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, po całym dniu zwiedzania i chodzenia naprawdę można było odpocząć. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Codziennie czekało śniadanie pod drzwiami. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko metro i market oraz około pół godziny na piechotę do Watykanu. Bardzo polecam i na pewno jeszcze wrócimy :)

Good location and many little details that make your stay really enjoyable
10.0Water dispenser with free cold water just outside the room is a lifesaver during hot days! The check-in was smooth with Francesco meeting me at the door and explaining everything clearly. Big shout-out to the cleaning lady for her professional and organized everyday cleaning, also bringing fresh cold orange juice each day! The breakfast is delivered to your room every day so you can eat from your bed. There is also a possibility of leaving the luggage after the checkout. Overall, you really feel taken care of during the stay.
− -The key to the door was a bit tricky at first - you have to put it at the right angle in order to open. You can get used to that after a day though.
