Had a great experience staying here. I was in the Blue Room which is right next to the kitchen but as I am an early riser the sounds didn’t bother me (as they start prepping shortly after 6am). The room was small but had everything I needed and it was quiet which, for Getsemani, is fabulous. It is very close to the restaurants and action but far enough away to be comfortable. The staff were so wonderful- welcoming and happy to help out with anything. Paco has great English which was really helpful. Overall I can happily recommend staying here and just be careful to not disturb either of the two turtles who live here!!!

Unique gem in Cartagena's artsy Getsemaní! 🌿 A charming family-run hotel in the heart of Getsemaní, perfect for soaking up the artistic vibe. Father and son, were always super helpful and made my stay wonderful. My rooms, "Provence," was lovely – and the "Mexico" room next door looked like a fiesta! 😊 I also had the first studio more spacious then all others with the little kitchenette but I don't remember now the name. I think from all, Mexico was my favorite for the shower under the stars and the decorations. - The hotel: Great breakfast to start the day, location was a big plus. The core had a "little jungle" feel, with cute turtles roaming around. Each room was uniquely decorated with theme-matching details, photos, and books. A little jacuzzi on the second floor to cool from the heat. - *Carnaval bonus*: I experienced my first Carnaval here – colorful, noisy, music-filled! _Might be a bit much if you’re after super-safe crowds, but it added to the magic._ - Would I return? In a heartbeat for the charm ..the people and location! Highly recommend this little hotel for culture-lovers and those wanting a cozy, unique stay in Cartagena.

Beautiful boutique, hotel/bed-and-breakfast in the heart of the beautiful city of Cartagena. We stayed here for five nights and had a very pleasant stayThe hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning workedso well, which is really a must as Cartagena can be very hot. You’re able to walk to all of the tourist attractions everything is a short walk away our host, Paco and Luis Were so nice friendly and gave us great recommendations on everything they were there if we needed them 24 /7breakfast was included in the hotel and the breakfast was great lots of great choices and fresh local fair. The location couldn’t have been better. You walk right outside your door and you’re in the heart of everything that Cartagena has To offerThey also picked us up from the airport at no extra charge, which was great if you’re planning a trip to Cartagena stay at this hotel you will love it. Ask for Paco and Lewis. Tell them the crazy American sent you.

Great Boutique Hotel/bed and breakfast in the heart of Cartegena...we stayed here for 5 nights and absolutly loved it. The staff were all so kind Paco and Luis were there to answer all of our questions and gave great recommendations on everything from where to dine and excursions to the islands The rooms were quite nice spacious and very clean..and breakfast was included and delicious..with so much food and fresh juices. The location was spot on right in the heart of the coolest hippest area and a short walk to all of the sites and attractions. If going to Cartegena stay here you will not be disappointed ask for Paco and Luis

Friendly Place, very nice!

Even though I did not stay in the hotel, I used a guided tour from the establishment. It was extremely prompt, friendly and uncomplicated. The tour was a unique personal experience, very individual. Next time I’m there, I’ll be staying there and I’d definitely book another tour there.
