− Très mauvaise prise en compte des vœux du client malgré la validation lors de la commande. En clair, nous avions demandé des lits séparés et ce n'était pas le cas - Puis, pas de personnel disponible pour corriger le problème. L'employée de l'accueil pleine de bonne volonté, nous a tout de même proposé une chambre triple au premier avec vue sur le parking, bruyant !! Dommage Globalement, on n'a pas vu 3 étoiles dans la prestation globale

9.0Hotel avec grand parking, entouré d'un peu de verdure au calme tout en étant dans une zone commerciale. Sa situation géographique nous permet de visite les bords du lac Leman ainsi que la Savoie. .
− Peut-être un petit frigo dans la chambre serait un plus

− Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Loin du centre mais pratique à l entrée de la ville . Le restaurant propose des tarifs trop excessifs pour le soir
