4.0online check in was almost impossible, and we realized, other guest trying to check in had the same problem. the next morning the elevator was out of function.

6.0Hotel is ok. Just because no front desk, you’ll have to call hot line for all questions and needs. And the door code at the front door sometimes not working. So I was hesitate to go out in the morning and evening.

4.0The room was ok but the check in was not so good. I did not receive a reservation number so I couldn't check in online. I emailed the hotel to inform them and did not receive a reply. Had to call the help line when I arrived at the hotel took me around 1 hour to check in. The person on the other end was very unfriendly. The breakfast was awful for €18 dried meats and cheese and awful coffee. The room was ok for the price but everything else made it a bad experience.
